Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data Noventraxis Global Limited collects through noventraxis.com, why we collect it, who processes it and what rights you have.
Last updated 3 August 2026. Version 1.0.
1. Who we are

- the interest category and timeline you select;
- the requirement text you write, including anything you choose to put in it.
We also receive, from our hosting and form providers, the technical data any web request produces — IP address, browser user agent, date and time. We do not combine this with the form data to build a profile.

Beyond that, we may disclose personal data to a manufacturer, freight forwarder, customs broker or insurer where that is necessary to quote or fulfil your specific order, and to professional advisers, auditors or authorities where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
We are based in Hong Kong and our form processor is in the United States, so data you send us will be transferred outside your own jurisdiction, and may be handled in any market where we operate in order to fulfil an order. Where transfers are made from the EEA or the United Kingdom, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum as applicable, together with the safeguards in our processors' terms.
7. How long we keep it

- Customer and transaction records7 years, to meet Hong Kong accounting and tax requirements
- Trade compliance screening recordsRetained for the period required by the applicable export control regime

8. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you have some or all of the following rights: to ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have data erased; to restrict or object to processing; to receive your data in a portable form; and to withdraw consent where processing rests on consent. Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you have the rights of access and correction. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the full set listed above.
Write to sales@noventraxis.com and we will respond within one month. We do not charge for a first request. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to your supervisory authority — in Hong Kong, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data; in the EEA or the UK, your national data protection authority.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a content security policy that blocks third-party scripts. Enquiries are transmitted over TLS. Access to correspondence is limited to the staff who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send confidential technical documents or personal identity documents through the form — ask us for a secure channel instead.
